MONUMENTS

Vladimir has been commissioned to make monumental sculptures in several cities throughout Mexico.

Cristo de las Noas, 1982, 20 meters high, concrete. Commissioned by the church.
Known as Cristo del Cerro (Christ of the Hill). This monumental structure is today a strong spiritual symbol for the city of Torreon, Coahuila. The monument stands at a 1,300 meters above the sea level and over 220 meters above the city. It is the second tallest Christ monument in Latin America.
